I too keep wondering what on Earth is going on with House there. It's like he's suffered brain damage and reverted to a child of some sort, but without any explanation I wouldn't be able to tell what's going on. Either way, it seems cute to me, really; watching all those characters play with him like he was a kid is amusing.
